A new begining?

It's a new semester. It should be a new begining. But where's the excitement and eagerness that I should have felt. Instead, I only felt the anticipation, and it's a negative feeling.

I think things started in the wrong way. I thought it was right. I got into the course I wanted, I maintained my scholarship, I got into the same class as my friend. I should be glad. Right?

Yet, I'm not. I missed the other friends who I've been going to class with for the past two years. They didn't get into this course so now we are in different classes. I missed them. Going to class together, fooling around, eating together, shopping trips..... There's so much that I missed.

Well, besides the friendship thing, the most serious problem is the class grouping now.. There are only three of us left from our old five person group. The two new ones just doesn't seem to work as well as the old gang. It's sad but true.. There seems to be a lacking in the team coordination? Urgh.. I hate this.. I wish things were like they used to be..

I need time I suppose. To get use to this new situation. I hope it will get better. with time.. >.<

Feeling empty.......

It's ages since I last wrote in here. Not that I felt like writing anything, more like I'm too bored at the moment. I need something to do to pass the time. After endless weeks of assignments and tests, now that they are all over, I had a very weird feeling. Feeling empty? Aimless? Something like that.

But then, I can still remember how I felt last week. Suffocation and wanting to cry. I remembered I have 100 and 1 things I wish to do once these coursework end. Yet now they they have ended. I dont feel like doing any of those stuff I wanted to do. WHY? This is so very frustrating.

This week, Tuesday to be precise, I went to watch Despicable Me 2. ^^ Well, it was fun and engaging. A breath of fresh air after days of reading/memorising corporate law. The minions are so cute~ The story is funny and relaxing. After watching the movie, those sections and case laws that was running non stop in my head all disappear. No more worries. Thank goodness. But the feeling that I hate Law is still there though. XP

The first thing to do after weeks of busy busy busy life besides watching movie is of course a good/delicious meal. Hehe. Korean is the flavour of the day~ Korean BBQ~~~


Nothing more to write for now.. Need to find something to occupy myself before I go crazy of boredom~~~~ >.<

Done finally~~

Exam finished at last.. from last year to this year.. felt like so long... Let's not think about the wrong things done and look forward. Enjoy~~~ before new semester begin and back to the hectic, no day, no night days..........

a long long wait

And finally, the much anticipated ending of Twilight. >.< I love it. But really am sad that it's the end. I would love to be able to keep on watching. XP Anyways, a wonderful saga with a perfect ending. The movie had a closure feel which is great. ^^ There's a part there that made me really speechless. Very "swt" kinda feeling. Haha.. Now, no more movies to look forward to. T_T hope something new comes along~~

Back home

So, back hometown, back hometown, back hometown.. Eat, sleep, play, enjoy.... Then get back today... At hostel again, guess what? Tomorrow test............................ Haven't study yet~~ No need sleep tonight... Burn the midnight oil! Fighting!

Baked potato

^^ I was wondering, what potato dishes can be cooked with only a rice cooker. Then, I found a recipe on the internet that says you can baked potato with a rice cooker. @.@ I thought you need oven for that. XP
So, I decided to try it out.

Here's the recipe.
Wash and peel the potatoes, cut the big potatoes into half (I cut them into small cubes), then place the potatoes in the rice cooker. Add 4 tablespoons of water and hit cook. When it goes to keep warm mode, check the potatoes. If they aren't cooked, add a teaspoon of water and let it sit in the "keep warm mode" for 2-3 minutes. Then cook it again, adding a little more water than you did the first time. Finally, when its soft, take out and add salt and butter to taste.

When the cooker went into keep warm mode, I checked the potato and was startled that they got burnt (the bottom of the cooker was all black). x.x I thought the recipe failed, but then I went along with the instructions anyway, no point wasting the potatoes. Apparently, it was a successful attempt after all! ^^ They are quite nice and taste just like baked potatoes because of the slightly burnt taste..Luckily~~~

Frustration

It's easy to be friends when all it matters is having fun. When it comes to assignments, how i wish we aren't that friendly. Why does it feel like for you, friendship means a ticket for you to be a free rider. T_T

An eventful weekend

A weekend trip and sleepover at one of my classmate's house turn out to be super fun, exciting and fattening.

Her mum is such a good cook. I love the 西米露 that her mum made for us. So delicious~~ Definitely my favourite. Then, there's the homemade 芋头糕. Hmmm.. Yummy... And multilayer agar-agar.. Gosh.. I put on weight this weekend all right.

We went for thai food and "Spicy soup", 辣汤 that is made of a blend of black paper and herbs? making it spicy. Then, they say Kajang Satay is famous, so off we drive there for it.. =.=' On the way back, we got a flat tire on the highway.. There's not much car at the time so we stop at a rest stop and change it.. Luckily, my friend's boyfriend came along and was able to help us change, or else, it's a situation of you look at me and I look at you.. >.< No idea how to change.

Then next day we went for 纸包鸡.Nice as well... ^^ So it is a weekend of fun and experience.. >.<

The Wedding Girl

Nice book. By Sophie Kinsella wrinting as Madeleine Wickham. I've never read books writen by her in this pen name. But it's quite good actually. Interesting plot and funny as well.. <3 Kinda fell in love with it.. ^^ It's just right when you feel like reading something light.

Depressing..

Management accounting paper won't balance. Fine. I'll concentrate on the next subject. Wont think about it anymore...
Financial Accounting paper today. And same thing occur, the cash flow won't balance. And if  I thought that was bad, something worse happen. 15 minutes left the examiner announced, and I realised I still have a 25 marks question haven't start yet. Rush rush rush.. first part done.. Times UP! T_T My second part 9 marks gone. And no time check. Sure a lot mistake. So SAD~~~

Sales everywhere.. I can't stop spending money.. Clothes, shoes.. OMG! It's really sweet temptation all those clothes.. Now I know, I have no control when it comes to spending money.. It's for the best if I don't go out.. But really... I love shopping.. >.< Can't help it at all... ^^

Another Anime

After all the mid term rush, I thought I'd relax a while and watch another anime I'd never watch before. A highly recommended anime, D. Gray Man. And I found out, I like it. At first anyways. Now that I am in the middle around episode 70, I realised, I LOVE it! It's really cool and fantastic. Just the thing I need before confronting my Finals! <3

Odd

I think I'm getting very odd.. I kept being hungry in the middle of the night or sometimes daytime craving for queer food.. I felt like eating garlic bread now. Felt like wanting yam kuih this morning. Felt like 菜圃 egg last week, then there's the craving for Caesar Salad, cha kueh, belacan bee hoon, kolo mee, lasagna, devil's belly with garlic rice and what? It's an assortment with no particular type.. Urgh.. Just getting hungry thinking bout them... =.=' I wanna go home~~~ T_T

Time Slip AGAIN~~~

OMG! I just finish Queen InHyun's Man. It's wonderfully sweet. It has been a long while since I watch a drama that's so pure. No typical misunderstanding from begining till end that's always present in kdrama.. Just cute and sweet love with a slight twist of conflict... They are a great couple. There's something between them from the first time they met. The perfect male character. No ego problem, plenty of intelligence and so cute.. He adapted so well when he time travels to the future.. The female character is so straightforward I am speechless.. I love her when she trick him about common knowledge that he have no idea about.. And the kissing scenes.. <3 The goodbye kiss, stand on toe kiss, necktie kiss and spaghetti kiss are so memorable. So sweet.. This is so much more heart warming.. And the ending is so much better.. Won't forget it. LOVE it!

I think there's only one word to describe this drama. SWEET~~~ <3
